Grounds App employs Apple Health and the HealthKit API to access heart rate, steps, and activity levels data from your Apple Watch or Phone. We will seek your permission to read this data from Apple Health. Granting access to Health data is recommended for the efficient functioning of Grounds App.

Our application retrieves real-time heart rate, steps, and activity level data from your Apple Watch and transmits this information to your connected workout equipment.
This data is directly transmitted to your connected device and is not stored in our database.
